Patient Activity Infographic
As part of a Welsh government initiative, we want to let you, our patients, see some information on what happens behind the scenes within the practice. Below is the latest infographics containing data on the number of appointments, telephone calls and other relevant metrics of activity.

Due to a change in computer system in September 2024, we can now only report on the number of prescriptions issued, rather than the number of individual items prescribed.
Thus the figure representing the number of prescriptions issued appears to have dropped significantly, whereas in practice the volume remains the same.
